I design & make tours and packages for who you are and how you like to travel. The more I know about your budget, travel preferences and interests, the easier it is for me to design what you want. Note: I can design to budget, just ask! OK? Basic price are listed below.

  • Guided tours (Gt); expenses not included; 4, 6, 8 hours: Yen 39,000/1-6 people, 54,000, 72,000; add 7% for each person over 6pax; I only work with licensed guides;
  • Self-guided tours (Sgt); expenses not included: 2, 4, 6, 8 hours: Yen 5,000/1-6 people, 12,000, 16,500, 24,000; add 7% for each person over 6pax;
  • Reservations & transfer arrangement service charges:* Yen 4,800/instance/1-6 people; add 5% for each person over 6pax;: restaurants (including to and from logistics), vehicle + driver, and perfect step-by-step bilingual transfer instructions from any A to any B in Japan (for example, Tokyo hotel to Kyoto hotel).

  • Transfers from any A to any B in Japan: Yen 4,800/1-6 people to reserve a van or sedan for airport transfers (and other transfers) or Yen 4,800/1-6 pax for an A to B transfer from any A to any B anywhere in Japan: can be used for trains, subways, buses and taxis or a combination of all four transportation styles in a single day. The choices are all yours!
  • Cuisine experiences & reservations: Yen 4,800/1-6 people/reservation, including taxi instructions to and from the restaurant or train | subway | walking instructions to and from the restaurant
  • Private car | bus & driver transportation arrangements: Yen 4,800/1-6 people/reservation to reserve a vehicle (sedan, van or bus) and driver with the transport company. [Generally, the per hour charge for a sedan or 9-seater van is Yen 9,000/hour/vehicle anywhere in Japan; buses for 10-24 are about Yen 12,000/hour.]
  • Advanced train tickets & other ticket pre-purchased at the client’s request: Yen 4,800/1-6 people/ticket set (+ Yen 1,500 to courier the tickets to your arrival hotel)

Your Japan Private Tours' refund policy & views: I believe in trust & fairness between myself and the client in all ways. If a service was not provided (for example a sushi making or tea ceremony experience) then you will be refunded 100%. The same is true if a guide cancels due to “acts of family & God.” If a guide cancels suddenly, I provide a self-guided tour for that day or night (and the client is refunded the difference).

Your Japan Private Tours' cancellation fees: 21-11 days before a cited and OKed Japan tour or travel service date in the YJPT FINAL OK itinerary outline (which the client has FINAL OKed): 30% of the total charges; 10-6 days before: 60% of the total charges; 5-0 days before: 100% of the total charges. Note: The date of cancellation and thus the cancellation charges are based on the date and time when the cancellation notice is received in Japan time, NOT the local date and time when the cancellation notice was issued by the client.
